Yes. GeneKids packages are available for direct online ordering. Customer support is available if you need help with the order, kit or return journey.
Kit and delivery
Simple home collection.
Your kit arrives with collection instructions and a prepared return pack.
Follow the instructions supplied with the kit to collect your child's saliva sample at home.
Yes. Each saliva kit and GeneKids report is for one child. Siblings or multiple children require a separate kit and order for each child.
Place the completed saliva kit in the prepared return pack and send it to the GeneKids return address provided with the kit.
GeneKids accepts orders for delivery in Malaysia and Singapore.
Kit delivery within Malaysia is free. Singapore kit delivery is RM80.

Your softcopy report is generally prepared within 14-21 days after the sample is received for processing.
An individual insight page presents the result, a visual indicator, an explanation of the tendency and the relevant supporting context included in the source report.
Yes. A premium hardcopy can be added during checkout: Nutri +RM200, Discover +RM350 and Complete +RM500.

If a processing, sample or technical error prevents a result, GeneKids refunds the payment in full.
