Stage one
Choose, receive, collect and return.
Everything before laboratory processing is designed to be completed without an appointment.
Step 2: Receive the kit
Malaysia delivery is free and Singapore delivery is RM80. The kit includes instructions and a prepared return pack.
Step 3: Collect the sample
Follow the supplied instructions to collect your child's saliva sample at home—without needles or an appointment.
Step 4: Return to GeneKids
Place the completed kit in the prepared return pack and send it to the address provided inside the kit.

Processing, preparation and delivery.
After the kit reaches GeneKids, the sample and report move through four further stages.
Step 5: Returned-kit check
The returned package is checked before laboratory processing is arranged.
Step 6: Laboratory processing
Your saliva sample is sent for processing at a laboratory in Singapore.
Step 7: Package preparation
The available results are organised into the Nutri, Discover or Complete scope you purchased.
Step 8: Receive the report
Your softcopy is generally prepared within 14–21 days after the sample is received for processing. A purchased hardcopy is delivered separately.
What happens during report preparation?
The same source results are organised by package.
GeneKids does not require a different DNA sample for each package. The package you select determines which relevant insight areas from the source results are organised into the final GeneKids report.
